About the Pascack Pi-oneers

Started in the fall of 2006 as a rookie "training" program, Vex Team 1676 went on to be in the winning alliance at the Garden State Rumble in December. Thanks to its two alliance partners, 2073 and 3179, Team 1676 will be attending the Championship in Atlanta, Georgia in April 2007. Consisting of seven freshman members, two sophomore members, and four sophomore mentors, this team is entirely student run. Next fall, this years members will move up and become mentors to the incoming rookies. The team looks forward to improving their robot, Captain Hooks, and competing again in Atlanta.
